Paul H. Wyche, Jr., President Paul Wyche, founder and principal of Wyche & Associates, is a nationally known communications executive whose 35-year career has included positions managing all phases of corporate communications and public affairs. His vast expertise ranges from strategic communications planning and execution to supervising national and international media programs. Paul's proven track record also highlights successes in the public policy, legislative, regulatory and environmental arenas. Beginning his career as a newspaper reporter and editor at several Miami newspapers, Paul honed his skills and moved into increasingly responsible senior management positions with major multinational corporations and public agencies.
Prior to founding Wyche & Associates, Paul served as vice president, communications, chief communications officer and a member of the Executive Committee of NorthWestern Corporation, a FORTUNE 500 provider of energy and communications; vice president, global communications and community affairs at Whirlpool Corporation, the worldwide manufacturer and marketer of home appliances; and vice president, corporate public affairs and government relations of Safety-Kleen Corporation, a leading environmental services company. Earlier in his career, Paul held management positions with the Du Pont Company, the chemical giant; the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and several members of the U.S. Congress. He has also directed the National Black News Service. Paul is active in a number of local and national professional, community and civic organizations. He served as chairman of the Board of Governors of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida. He also served as: vice chairman of the Central Florida African American Business Alliance, a member of the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission Board of Directors, a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Orlando, and a member of the Boards of Directors of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Chamber of Commerce. Paul also served on the Community Advisory Board of WMFE in Orlando. He is also a member of WESH-TV's African American Advisory Panel and is a long-time member of the national Society of Professional Journalists. |

Tammy L. Wyche, Managing Director Tammy Wyche is a highly skilled environmental professional with more than 25 years of experience in developing, implementing and managing environmental, health and safety programs for major companies throughout the United States – both as a corporate manager and for Wyche & Associates clients such as Gardner Industries. She has provided corporate leadership on key federal and state governmental relations strategies such as the highly sensitive issue of silver regulation.
Her experience includes more than 15 years of leading imaging industry initiatives on environmental, health and safety on an international and national scope. Tammy also has unique environmental marketing talents gained from developing Green Marketing strategies for a major imaging company beginning in 1988, long before the recent surge in the “green economy” became popular. Prior to joining Wyche & Associates, Tammy held the position of Manager of Environmental Services for Konica-Minolta Photo Imaging U.S.A., where she directed the company’s position as a strong, environmentally – focused imaging company for 20 years. She created and managed the company’s environmental, health and safety programs both internally and for their diverse customer base. Tammy is also a contributing author to several federal, state and local regulatory guidance documents written in collaboration with the governing agencies such as U.S. EPA and OSHA. Additionally, she has worked and consulted for companies in asphalt manufacturing, pulp & paper manufacturing, medical research and food manufacturing. |

James N. Wade, Senior Director Jim specializes in strategic management, planning and government operations and relations. He has more than thirty years of executive level experience in government, business and community development. Jim held three senior level positions under The Honorable Milton J. Shapp, Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Secretary of Administration. His primary responsibilities were managing the state’s budget, operations and workforce. He held two other critical positions - Deputy Secretary for regional operation for the Department of Community Affairs and Special Assistant to the Governor. Prior to joining the Shapp Administration, Jim won national recognition as Executive Director of the Erie Urban Coalition in Erie, Pennsylvania. A successful businessman, Jim founded Wade Communications which owned Wade Cablevision, serving 155,000 homes in the city of Philadelphia. He owned and operated WSSJ in Camden, New Jersey. Jim has a long history of community involvement in the cities of Philadelphia and Orlando. In Orlando, he has chaired the board of the Walt Disney Cancer Memorial Institute and served as a trustee of the Orlando Science Center. Jim has been recognized nationally and locally for his community contributions with the United Negro College Fund award of distinction, the Delta Sigma Theta President’s Leadership Award, the Central Urban Banker’s Businessman of the year and the Silver Triangle award from the Central YMCA. |

Cristy McCullough, Director Cristy McCullough is a marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years experience in corporate communications and public relations at Fortune 500 companies. Her extensive expertise includes strategic brand and product marketing campaigns for consumer and business-to-business markets for major communications and technology corporations.
She joined the agency in 2005.Cristy was the principal of Culturally Correct, Inc., a Florida consulting firm specializing in multicultural marketing and diversity training. Prior to starting her own firm, she was U.S. manager, corporate communications for Siemens Information and Communications Network, a supplier of network technology. In addition, Cristy held several positions at communications leader AT&T including national brand advertising and marketing communications manager, consumer affairs manager and communications consultant for marketing and public relations. She also served as executive communications and public relations manager for Bell Labs, AT&T's former research and development arm. She also was an account executive for Miami radio stations WIOD/WA1A and with the Mike Sloan Advertising Agency as well as a proposal specialist for IBM Corp. |

Larry Mitchell, Director – Digital Media and Technology Additionally, Larry holds patents in the fields of medical technology, women's apparel, automotive accessories and mobile internet communications and is the author of several 3D animation training titles at Lynda.com and Thompson Learning. He is CEO of his own company, Liquid Digital. Larry currently serves on the following Central Florida Based boards: Digital Media Alliance Florida Board of Directors; Seminole Community College Digital Media Advisory Board; Florida Banner Center/DM, Digital Media Banner Center Advisory Industry Council; and Orlando Tech/3D, 3D Animation Department Advisory Board Chair. Previously, he served on the Orlando SIGGRAPH Executive Committee and the Orlando Science Center – Otronicon Advisory Board. |

Wendy Mize, Director Wendy is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.A./Radio-Television) and Valencia Community College (A.A./Journalism). Her professional career began in broadcast as a writer-producer for WFTV-Channel 9, Orlando’s highest-rated network (ABC) affiliate. An independent copywriter since 1990, Wendy also has experience in the corporate world as a speechwriter and marketing copywriter for a banking software firm. Other areas of experience include hospitality (Walt Disney Company), healthcare (Florida Hospital), and higher education (Rollins College). The recipient of several advertising awards judged to national standards, Wendy also lends her talent to various community and political organizations. |

Sharman, Director Starting her newspaper career as a reporter covering local government issues, she has been a copy editor, layout editor and section editor at daily papers from the Carolinas to Florida to California. G.K. is a regular contributor to the Orlando Sentinel newspaper, Orlando Leisure magazine and O! Arts magazine. Her work has appeared in a diverse array of publications and websites, including Coast to Coast magazine, AAA Today, Car & Travel, Coastal Boating, the New York Daily News, the Miami Herald, the St. Petersburg Times, South Florida Parenting and AbsolutelyFlorida.com. G.K. writes about a variety of topics, including travel, personal finance and home design. She also has contributed to several travel books, including AAA's Barrier-Free Travel New York City and a recent edition of Lonely Planet's Florida guidebook. |
